Cancellation Policy

• Pet Sitting: Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice = full price. Cancel 48–72 hours before = 25% fee.

• Dog Walks: Cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice = full price. Cancel 24–48 hours before = 25% fee.

Deposits

Pet Sitting jobs lasting 3 days or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. The service will not be scheduled without this deposit.

Extra Dog Fees

All the prices listed on the site include up to 2 dogs. Additional dogs incur an extra $20 charge.

Holiday Fees

• High-demand holidays (Christmas Eve/Day, New Year’s Eve/Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving): +50% of the listed price.

• Low-demand holidays (Easter, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day): +25% of the listed price.

Bad Weather Policy

• Walks may be rescheduled or cancelled if conditions are unsafe (rain/thunder, 80°F+, or poor air quality).

• Walks in 80°F+ heat must be on dirt or grass. Pavement walks are not allowed unless your dog wears boots.

• Light rain = walk may continue. Heavy rain = walk may be cancelled.

• Poor air quality (yellow or worse) = walks cancelled.

• Rescheduling will always be offered when possible.
